Sun Solutions, LLC Commercial & Residential Contract for Services
This document serves as a binding agreement between the property owner/manager, hereby identified as “Client/s,” and Sun Solutions, LLC and its owners & employees, hereby identified as “Company,” for the execution of services in exchange for payment for the offered services.
PaymentsSun Solutions LLC accepts checks or credit cards for payment. Work is invoiced and payable either immediately after completion of the work, in person, by mail, or digitally through our invoicing system. We are a small business; prompt payment is important to us. Unless it is agreed upon in writing between both parties and prior to the commencement of the work performed, If we do not receive payment within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to impose a 10% Late Payment Fee. If the account remains unpaid after the 30 days, Sun Solutions LLC reserves the right to send to collections.
Power washing/Steam Pressure Washing
Client agrees to allow company to utilize their residential water source via outdoor spigot, which will be turned on and easily accessible on the date of service. If on well water, or if in an area with low water pressure or volume, Client agrees to cease all water consumption inside the home to include faucets, dishwashers, washing machines, outdoor sprinkler systems, etc. Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the client. Should the Company need to move items in order to complete the project, the Company will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. An additional charge may be applied at the discretion of the Company for time and labor devoted to the removal of these items. While the Company is on location and performing work on property, the client is responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area.
Acknowledgment of Risks and Releases of Liability
Power Washing uses high pressure and mild chemicals to clean difficult stains off of exterior surfaces. Utilizing this pressure allows the best clean possible; however operating at such high pressure there is a possibility that damage can occur. Our company is well trained in utilizing their equipment and take the upmost precautions in making sure the company does not cause harm to your property. Although our Company is well trained, damage can still occur to the property due to poor maintenance, neglect to the property, and/or low grade building materials. Clients should consult with their homebuilder and/or engineers to insure that the property materials are able to be pressure washed. It is the responsibility of the Client to insure that their property has been maintained in accordance with its manufacture’s recommendations and any defects or areas of concern are repaired prior to washing to insure a watertight, surface.
The Company is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. In addition, red dirt is often accumulated on surfaces due to our environment; although the Company will do their best to utilize recommended cleaning supplies for such conditions, a reminiscence of red dirt may still be visible.
The Company will not be responsible for such conditions mentioned in the above. The Client assumes all of these risks and takes responsibility for any damage that occurs due to the above explanations. The Client also agrees to release the Company of any or all liability for injuries sustained due to equipment placement to include injuries from tripping/falling, striking equipment, falling debris or equipment. Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect Company scheduling. The Company will try to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond Company control may affect the project start and completion dates. Client will be notified of any changes
Window & Screen Cleaning
Regular exterior cleanings are recommended to prolong the life of your windows. If your windows haven’t been cleaned in a long time, pre-existing scratches may become visible after cleaning. More than likely, they have been hiding under a buildup of dirt and/or were left by a painter or previous window cleaner. Hard water stains, corrosion from pollution, and seam failure in thermal paned windows can be revealed after cleaning. We recommend replacing windows that demonstrate such conditions. We also do our best to make the client aware of damaged windows. Due to the large expense of replacing scratched windows, Sun Solutions LLC will not accept employment from anyone who will not indemnify and hold harmless Sun Solutions LLC.
Over the years screens tend to fall apart from weathering or abuse. Therefore we do not take responsibility for damaged screens due to prior neglect. If damage occurs to a newer screen that is clearly our fault we will do our best to repair it for free. Sun Solutions LLC will not accept employment from anyone who will not indemnify and hold harmless Sun Solutions LLC.
Construction Clean-up/ Heavy Debris Removal
Sometimes soap, water, and elbow grease aren’t enough to remove paint, sheetrock mud, clear coat, silicone, glazing, mold, algae, etc. therefore, we use specialized industry standard razor blades to remove these hard to remove debris. We may also employ a less abrasive approach by scrubbing the glass with a wet fine grade steel wool. This is usually the best course of action on tempered or treated glass. These are both widely used & accepted practices in our industry. Due to the large expense of repairing or replacing windows, Sun Solutions LLC will not accept employment from anyone who will not indemnify and hold harmless Sun Solutions LLC.
Hurricane Fabric Permissions & Acknowledgements
Sun Solutions, LLC installs all panels according to the manufacturer’s standards and is not liable for any changes that are made by the client to the installation of and/or deployment of the fabric. (This includes any alterations of the initial installation made by the Client that does not or may not meet manufacturer’s standards). Client is provided proper anchor spacing based upon the location and the type of material that is being anchored to; this needs to be followed in order for the panels to work properly. Client is provided information regarding the factory warranty of the fabric & installation as well as the proper instructions for storage on the fabric.
Company's Corrections of Damages
Sun Solutions LLC is licensed and insured for your peace of mind and protection, however, accidents can happen. If any unanticipated property damage should happen or, if the client is not happy with the agreed upon work, we will do our best to find a mutually agreeable resolution. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive for long-term employment by creating happy and satisfied clients. The Company shall only be obligated under this contract for structural damages which are a direct result of operator error, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Any discrepancies or damages must be discovered and reported within 3 calendar days of said completion. Upon receipt of written notice the Company shall be allowed 30 calendar days from date of receipt for the purpose of inspecting the premises. The Company shall have sole option of repairing or contracting repair work to correct any discrepancies or damages that are a direct result of the Company.
Agreement to Terms
By accepting an estimate, the Client agrees that all the specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You authorize the Company to do the work as specified on the proposal/estimate form. You release the Company from property damage unless damage is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

**Client acknowledges that Sun Solutions, LLC is authorized to use photographs & videos of our provided services solely for advertising purposes.
